Is your pottery microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe?
Yes, all our authentic Polish pottery is crafted from high-density stoneware that is safe for use in the microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and oven up to 480°F. We recommend allowing the piece to reach room temperature before moving it from the refrigerator to a preheated oven.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We specialize in shipping ceramics. Each piece is meticulously wrapped in professional-grade bubble wrap and secured with eco-friendly packing materials in heavy-duty corrugated boxes to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Is the glaze lead and cadmium free?
Absolutely. All of our Polish stoneware is handmade in Boleslawiec using local clay and lead-free, cadmium-free glazes. It is 100% food safe and meets all FDA regulations.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the unused items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
Are the patterns identical on every piece?
Because each item is hand-painted or hand-stamped by skilled artisans, slight variations in pattern and color are expected. These minor differences are not defects but rather a testament to the unique, handcrafted nature of authentic Polish pottery.

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and the weight of the order, which are calculated at checkout.
