Secure Packaging
Carefully wrap each piece of pottery in its original bubble wrap and protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as we can only refund items that arrive intact.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned stoneware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
